Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposit A deposit is required to secure and retain a filming date. Dates are not held without payment. Rescheduling & Cancellations We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. If notice is given less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the deposit is forfeited. No exceptions. This policy applies to both cancellations and rescheduling requests. Start Times & Delays Filming begins at the scheduled time. Clients are responsible for ensuring access and readiness. Delays caused by the client, their team, or site conditions count toward the reserved filming time. Weather Policy Safety and production quality are a priority. In cases of severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, unsafe wind conditions, hazardous site conditions), we may reschedule at no penalty. If a client chooses to proceed under non-ideal conditions, certain shots — including drone footage — may not be possible. Drone Filming Drone operations are subject to safe weather conditions and FAA regulations. If conditions prevent safe flight, drone footage cannot be guaranteed. Site Responsibility Clients are responsible for ensuring locations are safe, accessible, and cleared for filming. Lost time due to restricted access or unprepared locations counts toward the reserved session time. Additional Time Filming beyond the included time must be approved and may incur additional fees. Force Majeure We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or unsafe working conditions.
