TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Yanza Media's website and the purchase of any services offered by Yanza Media.
By visiting our website, contacting us, or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
SERVICES
Yanza Media provides the following services:
— Full day filming (up to 9 hours)
— Half day filming (up to 4 hours)
— Available for one-time bookings only
— Per reel video editing
— Content Ad Plan
— Standard Monthly Plan
— Pro Monthly Plan
All services are subject to availability. Yanza Media reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms for each service are outlined in the Service Agreement signed prior to the start of any project.
BOOKINGS & AGREEMENTS
All bookings require a signed Service Agreement before any work begins. By signing the Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined therein. No shoot date is confirmed until a signed Agreement and deposit have been received.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are due according to the following structure:
— A 50% non-refundable deposit of the filming fee is required upfront to confirm your booking.
— The remaining 50% of the filming fee is due on shoot day before filming begins.
— Editing fees are billed separately and are due upon your approval of the final draft, or within 7 days of delivery if no response is received.
— Monthly plan fees are split 50% at the start of the billing cycle and 50% at the end.
Accepted payment methods are Zelle, bank transfer, and check made payable to Yanza Media. Credit card payments are available upon prior arrangement and may incur a processing fee.
Invoices unpaid after 7 days will incur a flat $75 late fee. Balances remaining unpaid after 30 days will incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge on the outstanding amount.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of how much notice is given. No additional cancellation fees will be charged beyond the forfeited deposit.

REVISIONS
Every project includes one round of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your draft in one consolidated list. Additional revision rounds are available at $100 per round, paid before work begins. Yanza Media does not offer rush editing services.
CREATIVE CONTROL
Yanza Media retains full creative control over all editing style, pacing, shot selection, music selection, and overall artistic direction within the scope of each project. Video production is a creative service.
Dissatisfaction based solely on personal stylistic preference does not constitute grounds for a refund or free additional revisions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All footage captured and edited by Yanza Media remains the exclusive intellectual property of Yanza Media. Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final delivered media for marketing, social media, website, and advertising purposes.
Clients may not modify, re-edit, alter music, add graphics, or otherwise change delivered content without prior written permission from Yanza Media. Unauthorized modifications may result in revocation of usage rights.
Raw footage is not included in any package and is available for purchase separately at $400 per shoot day, requested in writing before the shoot.
Yanza Media reserves the right to use any content produced for clients in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes, unless the client provides written notice of confidentiality prior to the shoot.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared between Yanza Media and its clients — including business strategies, pricing, and project details — is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from both parties.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Yanza Media makes no guarantees regarding specific business results, engagement numbers, follower growth, lead generation, or any other outcome from content produced. Results will vary based on the nature of the footage, shoot day conditions, how and where content is posted, and factors entirely outside of Yanza Media's control.
All services are provided as-is. Yanza Media makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is explicitly stated in the signed Service Agreement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Yanza Media's total liability for any claim arising from its services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question. In the event of footage loss due to equipment malfunction or technical failure, Yanza Media's liability is limited to a full refund of payments made for the affected session. Yanza Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, the Client agrees to contact Yanza Media directly in writing at yanzamedia@gmail.com before taking any other action.
Yanza Media is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in good faith. Initiating a chargeback or public dispute before attempting direct resolution is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate revocation of usage rights and pursuit of any outstanding balances.
NON-DISPARAGEMENT
Clients agree not to make false, misleading, or disparaging statements about Yanza Media, its work, or its personnel in any public forum — including social media, review platforms, or industry groups. Any disputes or concerns must be communicated directly to Yanza Media in writing.
WEBSITE USE
The content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, and branding — is the property of Yanza Media and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. Yanza Media makes no guarantee that the website will be available at all times or that its content is free of errors.
Any links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Yanza Media is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.
PRIVACY
Yanza Media collects only the information necessary to provide its services — such as your name, contact details, and business information. This information is never sold or shared with third parties. For any questions about how your information is handled, contact us directly at yanzamedia@gmail.com.
FORCE MAJEURE
Yanza Media shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events. Both parties agree to work together in good faith to reschedule or resolve any affected bookings.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of Yanza Media's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New York.
UPDATES TO THESE TERMS
Yanza Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
